2022 Dates were approved at 5.16.22 Coordination Team Meeting, the dates will be:
- October 4 > Political Education
- October 11 > New Board Members Info Meeting
- October 19 > Engagement & Comms
- October 28 > TIAS
- November 10 > Main Membership Meeting
At the July 25 Coordination team meeting, we began assigning leads to coordinate each Membership pre-meeting:
- October 4 > Political Education: TBD
- October 11 > New Board Members Info Meeting: Alice, Ken and Jes
- October 19 > Engagement & Comms: Jamie
- October 28 > TIAS: Jaime
- November 10 > Main Membership Meeting: TBD
Alice and Natalie agreed to be on a Membership Meeting working team to help plan the fall 2022 set of meetings and support Jamie and Jaime with the work they do to set up the web page, circulate emails and encourage members to attend and set up the election process. We need a couple more folx to be on this working team.
