Thanks Melanie. It seems like doing some kind of study group or developing some thoughts on how to respond to these developments would be great. Reading through these websites there are some strong assumptions that are worth challenging, like the inevitability of AI and the disassociation of AI from real world impacts (like extractive mining and data centers).
