I’m looking for documentation relating to setting up my own email address with my own mayfirst account - not sure if this is possible. Username@mayfirst.org -

Eventually want to propose doing the same at my workplace with our own domain name but wanted to do a personal run through first.

Hi @shaeparilla - It’s not possible to setup an @mayfirst.org email address - those are only available for staff. But, by default, you already have a username@mail.mayfirst.org address.

Also, you can setup your own domain - which would allow you to have a whateveryouwant@yourdomain.org - but you do need full hosting benefits to do that.

Ahh thanks for that clarification! Is my password for my email login the same as my password for this forum? Or does that need to be configured separately. So I should have access to that email via the webmail site? Roundcube Webmail :: Welcome to Roundcube Webmail

Yes - it’s the same username and password - you should be able to login right now at this link: https://roundcube.mayfirst.org (be sure to login with just your username, not your email address).

Awesome, is there a webmail app for android? Or does imap or pop work out of the box?

Where can we monitor our storage limits which I assume extend to document storage as well as email storage?

Sorry to drop the convo - just getting back online now. You can check the control panel. You can set separate storage limits (“quotas” in the control panel) for your mailbox and nextcloud.
