Pinned topics in private category

hi folks!

we’d like to add a pinned topic in our private group’s category, but it looks like User Trust level 4, “Leader”, is required — is it still possible to get something pinned? e.g. if we send you the text, or if an existing post can be pinned, or if one of our team could be promoted to L4?
