Website down. Has anyone heard of a server down at May First?

Hi,
Our website has been down for five days and I haven’t been able to get in touch with May First. Because my domain is registered with my email, my emails are bouncing back and causing problems.

Does May First have a server down? Is the support system functioning?

Hi perilous - I’m glad you posted! We have been trying to get in touch with you - but the problem is that your domain name is no longer pointing to our servers, so your email is not getting delivered. This morning I emailed every contact we have for your organization to try to get through. If you get this message - please login to gandi.net and ensure your domain name is using the following servers as the authoritative servers:

Once you properly configure your domain name, everything should come back online.

Hi Jamie,
Thanks so much for your response and for working on this.
As far as I know we’ve never managed our domain through gandi.net, so I don’t have an account set up with them to manage it. I set up an account, but I’m not sure how to link it to our domain. Any suggestions?
