I’ve noticed that occasionally this glitch happens where instead of opening the file in the web editor OnlyOffice (specifically .docx and .xlsx files). It just prompts to download them. What causes this to occur?
This is an intermittent problem that we have not yet figured out the root cause of. It seems to temporary work after I re-save the onlyoffice configuration as the nextcloud admin user (which I just did). I plan to schedule a nextcloud upgrade in the coming weeks which will hopefully resolve the issue more permanently.
